High-end
retailer Neiman Marcus just released its yearly
Christmas Book, and many of the gifts featured are ridiculously
extravagant. Every year, the company’s iconic holiday guide is stocked
with a variety of products at different price points, but the most
anticipated are usually the company’s selected “Fantasy Gifts.”
This
year is no exception — Neiman’s didn’t hold back. The most expensive item is
the rose-gold Cobalt
Valkyrie-X private plane, which those with the means can snag
for $1.5 million.
According
to the book, the plane will potentially be one of the fastest piston-driven
aircraft in the world when it is unveiled in 2017.

Neiman
Marcus will donate $200,000 to the Heart of
Neiman Marcus Foundation, a philanthropic organization that partners
with nonprofits to bring enriching arts experiences to youth, with the purchase
of the luxury aircraft.
Another
insanely expensive gift within the Christmas Book is the chance to “live
like dukes and duchesses” in England for $700,000. The package includes a
week’s stay for the purchaser and seven friends in three luxurious
estates: Alnwick Castle, Wilton House, and Blenheim Palace, the birthplace of
Winston Churchill. Many perks are included, including helicopter
rides, meals from renowned chefs, art, and automobile tours.
